We were planning to take a portrait in motion on a bicycle earlier in the year.  With busy schedules we eventually picked an October autumn weekend.  Worked very well in the great surroundings of Chester County near West Chester (Brandywine Valley area).

Autumn is just one of the seasons to explore the Brandywine.  The historic Brandywine Valley covers parts of southern Chester County, PA and Delaware with the Brandywine Creek flowing through the middle of it.  The rolling hills create a natural beauty for this area.  Its character and attractions are shaped by history, art, charming homes, horse farms and stables, estates and gardens.  This is the area where the duPonts started their fortunes, built their magnificient homes and created wonderfull gardens.  Also, this is where Chadds Ford is, home for the Wyeths who painted landscapes and local people.  The area has charming wedding venues and, B&Bs in the Valley and surrounding areas such as West Chester, Kennett Square, Glens Mills, Chadds Ford, Fairville, Mendenhall, Wilmington and in between.
